PRICES
  1. All prices are dealer's cost.
  2. All prices are subject to change without
    notice.
  3. FOB Richmond, VA VILD Warehouse.
  4. All first orders VISA/MASTERCARD/AMEX or
    DISCOVER only. Charge is made on the day
    of shipment. To receive Net 30 terms for
    subsequent orders, please see instructions
    below. No anticipation allowed.
  5. $20.00 handling charge on orders less than
    $250.00 dealer's cost. [$400 recommended to
    defray freight costs]. Reorder is $150.00
    minimum.
  6. Minimum quantity will be enforced. $20.00
    service charge for deviation.
  7. Service charge of $25.00 will be assessed to
    any returned check.
  8. 1.5% (18.00% per annum) interest may be
    charged on all delinquent accounts.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
  1. Order cancellations are allowed within 7
    days of placing an order.
  2. Any cancellation after that would incur a
    penalty of 15% as a restocking fee.
  3. If the order were cancelled after it has been
    shipped, a penalty of 25% would be charged
    as a restocking fee.
NEW ACCOUNTS
  1. Initial minimum order $250.00 dealer's cost
    1st order is VISA/MASTERCARD/AMEX/ or
    DISCOVER only. No CODs.
  2. $25.00 handling charge on orders less than
    $250.00.
  3. 5 trade and bank references are required or
    remit 100% of order amount.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
  1. Shipping and handling is approximately 12%
    to 16% of all orders shipped by UPS or FedEx
    Ground.
  2. Items shipped by Motor Freight are charged
    additional shipping & handling.
  3. Special handling is 15% of the total order
    amount.
PLEASE NOTE:
  1. We accept
    VISA/MASTERCARD/AMEX/DISCOVER
  2. Credit Check may take one to two weeks.
  3. Orders will be held 10 working days for
    check to clear. If it is a rush order, please
    send cashier's check or money order.
RESTOCKING FEE:
VILD will charge a 25% restocking fee and shipping
costs for customers refusal of order shipped
before indicated cancel dates. The 25% restocking
fee will be charged for all other unauthorized
returns.
